1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ph74 platform (hereinafter "the Platform," "ph74," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and ph74, a gaming platform operating under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or engaging with any ph74 services. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the ph74 Platform and participate in real-money gaming activities, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access real-money gaming services on ph74, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile phone number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during account registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information should any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph74 accepts deposits through various payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including but not limited to: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank and other Philippine banks, over-the-counter deposits at 7-Eleven and other authorized retail partners, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency transfers. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Minimums

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100), unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. ph74 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at its sole discretion. You may also set personal deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

4.3 Processing Times and Fees

Over-the-counter deposits and bank transfers may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing times. ph74 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges, for which ph74 bears no responsibility.

4.4 Deposit Currency

All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by ph74 or its payment processor, and you accept the risk of any exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, completion of any applicable wagering requirements, and successful account verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal request, ph74 reserves the right to require identity verification documents, including but not limited to: valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and verification of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in withdrawal request cancellation and account suspension.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200). Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account status and verification level. Most withdrawals to Philippine banks, GCash, or Maya are processed within one (1) hour during business hours, though some requests may require additional time for security review.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

ph74 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first withdrawal request per calendar week. Additional withdrawal requests within the same week may incur processing fees as specified in the withdrawal interface. External fees charged by payment processors or receiving banks are your responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms

ph74 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, which are published with each promotional offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must wager PHP 30,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ph74 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, using irregular betting patterns to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity related to bonuses. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and potential account closure.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any ph74 software
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to obscure your geographic location
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ph74 staff

7.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, including but not limited to software errors, display errors, or RNG failures, all affected bets and payouts are void. ph74 will investigate all reported malfunctions and take corrective action, which may include refunding wagers or awarding correct payouts as determined by ph74 in its sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph74 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of ph74 shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting ph74 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately; accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may be subject to review before closure is finalized.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by ph74

ph74 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, posed a security risk to the Platform, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our services. 12. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through these channels, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration as set forth in Section 12 above.

14. Amendments to Terms

ph74 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notification, or posting on the ph74 website. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
